Does Private Resume Vault use AI to write my resume?

No. It includes a deterministic bullet advisor with rule-based scoring and rewrite suggestions. You stay in control of every word you submit.

Is there a monthly subscription?

No. Private Resume Vault is sold as a one-time digital download through Etsy or Gumroad.

Does it upload my resume to the cloud?

Not during normal use. The tool runs locally in your browser. Only you decide when to export a JSON backup file.

Will it guarantee ATS acceptance or interviews?

No. It helps you organize and improve bullet quality locally. Hiring outcomes depend on many factors outside any tool.

How do I back up my work?

Open Settings inside the app and click Export full backup (JSON). Store the file somewhere safe and import it later if needed.

What file do I open after purchase?

Double-click private-resume-vault.html from your unzipped download folder. Chrome or Edge is recommended.
