How do I open my download?
Unzip the folder from Etsy or Gumroad, then double-click the HTML file (for example private-business-ledger.html). It opens in your web browser — Chrome or Edge is recommended. No install or login required.
Where is my data stored?
All Ark Horizon Tools run locally in your browser. Your data stays on your device unless you export a backup JSON or CSV file. These tools do not upload your files to our servers.
I bought on Etsy — where is my file?
Check your Etsy purchase confirmation email and your Etsy account under Purchases and reviews. Digital downloads are available immediately after payment. If you cannot find the link, contact us with your Etsy order number.
I bought on Gumroad — where is my file?
Check your Gumroad receipt email or your Gumroad library at gumroad.com/library. If the download link expired or failed, contact us with your Gumroad receipt email.
The tool will not open or looks broken
Try a current version of Chrome or Edge. Make sure you unzipped the full folder — do not run the HTML file from inside the ZIP. If it still fails, tell us your browser, operating system, and which product you purchased.
Refund policy
Digital downloads are delivered immediately, so refunds are generally not provided. If the product is defective or does not work as described, contact us within 14 days of purchase with your order details. See the REFUND-POLICY.txt file included in your download.
How do I back up my work?
Each tool includes export buttons for JSON backup (and CSV where applicable). Save backups to your computer or cloud drive regularly — browser storage can be cleared if you reset the browser or switch devices.
