Quick Start Guide
1. Open the tool
Unzip your purchase folder and double-click private-resume-vault.html. Chrome or Edge is recommended.
2. Explore sample data
The app opens with fictional demo data for Alex Morgan so you can practice safely before entering your own information.
3. Switch a profile
Open the Resume tab and choose Tech / Product, Enterprise / QA, or ATS Plain from the profile dropdown.
4. Review a bullet
Click Show advisor on any bullet. Read the score and suggestion. Click Accept rewrite to save locally or Ignore to dismiss.
5. Track an application
Open Job Tracker → Add application. Save company, role, status, and next action.
6. Export a backup
Open Settings → Export full backup (JSON). Store the file somewhere safe before replacing sample data with your own.
7. Build a PDF
On the Resume tab, click Build PDF and choose Save as PDF in your browser print dialog.
